I am really enjoying this sauce on chicken ribs over the coals and on oven chips with a few home brews this October. It just works on all types of food, I may even have to try some on my corn flakes..

Hahaha, No pictures as it went down to easily.

Tonight is chicken drumsticks, shallow fried pumpkin and scallop potatoes and most likely the coconut sauce or the Habenero and mango.

Also I got a slab of 500ml OeTTINGER Pils from Dan Murphy , Me thinks hump day will be a good one.

Patchetts pork pies, we don't get these in Coles that you get in NSW. Would be nice if we did then I could try the sauce on them.
