I'll give the garlic one a go. I've read from guys on HBD etc that pumpkin etc beers can be quite good, after all, vegetables are basically just starch and sugar...

I think I may try that Irish Cream for the missus. Maybe she will leave the beer for me then. :lol:
Seems to give you a fair warning about exploding bottles though.
