Looks like he got it at mybeershop website I'd say.

The tap is 40 new, reg 75, disconnects 30 for the pair. Kegs are 90 for two with no pressure relief lid but his photo has relief valves - they are 60 a pop with relief valves at craftbrewer.

I guess your saving post if it's as new, only drawback is the quality of the tap.

If it comes with the fridge its an ok deal but remember your still going to need to either rent or buy a co2 bottle renting is usually around $150 per year and $30-$40 per refill and buying outright will cost between $200-$400 refills are meant to be cheaoer if ou own your own bottle ive heard between $10-30. Im in the process of setting my own keg set up at the moment.
