Some light reading

My skewed outlook
  • I can sell <0.5%ABV to anybody. If they freeze the cornie that has nothing to do
    with me.
Barbers can serve homebrew to their customers so long as they don't charge them

Section

13 Wine and Beer Makers licence.

(If I could somehow get one of these licences)

I have to risk my own cash (ie no float on stock exchange, hat passed around the pub, or co-op. Perhaps a partnership with my brew bud would be OK)I can sell to other licensees (ie pub/restaurant down the road) anytime

I can sell my stuff on my premises to consume or takeaway. I can sell another licensees stuff to consume onsite.

I can promote my wares so long as I keep maticulous records.

I don't have to supply detailed plans of my premises as part of the application

something about planning schemes......Another whole Act

Anyone can object based on "amenity" which has a pretty vague definition

Thoughts.....

I presume that's covered under federal tax legislation and local council approvals.
