LCPA Recipe

Hi Guys, sorry to start a new thread as I am sure there is a recipe on here somewhere but I tried searching and just couldn't find one.

I am doing a brew day next weekend with some non brewing friends and they have asked if we can brew a LCPA.

Does anyone have a good recipe for this? Also what mash schedule would you follow? I have just set up my Herm-IT controlled Herms so I can step mash like a mofo now!

Although the recipe DB is down, the discussion thread is still fine. I prefer this recipe to how LCPA is now. The chinook is fantastic. This is a recipe I used and it was just about spot on.
1 x Coopers Pale Ale Can
1 x Black Rock Liquid Amber Malt (they had it at my LHBS)
500g DME
15g Cascade pellets @ 40 mins
3 x Cascade plugs (14 g 42 grams) @ 10mins
3 x Cascade plugs at flame out
35g Galaxy flowers at flame out
15g galaxy flowers after day 3
23L
15g US-05 yeast rehydrated.
Brew @ 20 degrees C

OG approx. 1.051, GF approx. 1.013
ABV = 5.3% bottled
