Howdy,
So I brewed two lagers the other week, (2 week ferment, then took another week gradually lowering temp down to 1 degree).
They are both kegged, but I haven't room to keep them in the keg fridge.
At the moment they are still sitting in the fermenation fridge @ 18 deg, whilst I brew a couple of Ales.
Is there any point to keeping them in the fermenting fridge?
If room becomes available in the keg fridge in a week or two, and I move the lagers in there (and store them for a few weekd before drinking), does that still count towards cold conditioning?
