Hi,

I have made a starter based on this guide for culturing lactobaccilus from grain. I made it on Tuesday and plan to brew on Saturday morning. It is currently at 35degC and showing signs of active fermentation.

Have I made this too early? I'm concerned that I might be encouraging other undesirable bacteria also.

Cheers
James

Should be ok if you keep at the same temp mate, you could filter out the grain & a little more malt in for the lacto to feed on til you're ready to pitch to keep it all fit & firing.
