took 2nd place at NSW homebrewing comp, pale ale category.

TL;DR - a bit slow to start, but a good flavour profile once it gets going. A bit more character than WLP029 but still clean. Pitching rates are a bit high though - two packs would be about right for a normal 21L batch
 
Just put down Tonys Bullshead Kolsch using this yeast building 1.25lt starter using one pack cause im im a tight arse.
Asks for 2 packs but i think i should have a decent cell count by tomorrow.
 
11 days most impressed down to 1007 filtered into keg cold condition minimum 2 weeks.
Got a bet on with a mate i could make him a better beer than Becks all being fair i think this will do it.
