I just picked one up recently second hand, (unused) and am wondering which barb is for what? Or does it not matter, I've looked and there are no markings on the chiller.

Also, roughly how long does it take to chill?

I'm having issues with mine and the old Gravity feed...how are you doing yours?

AFAIK - happy to be corrected. you run wort through either left or right top and bottom and water through the other side.

ie top left = wort, bottom left = wort
and water on the right

or top right and bottom right = wort
left top and bottom = water

at least this is how i've plumbed mine in (yet to be used though!)
