Good evening!
Does anybody have a (quick) recipe for a (reasonably authentic) schwarzbier?
Unfortunately I have sfa time for brewing nowadays (new, first baby :beer: ), so something like a good-quality extract, an adjunct (some steeping grain too is ok), and a finishing hop? No boils I'm afraid...is this possible??
