Gday all.
First timer here and new to the world of home brewing.
I have just put down my first brew (simple pale ale, with a bunch of simple fermentables, thought I'd start off easy and learn the craft) which is just about ready to cold crash and then I'm going to do my second which is going to be a stout.
I have searched the forum a bit but couldn't find exactly what I'm after. I'm looking at some recipe ideas for the stout using using common fermentables like DME and lactose and the like and some rough ideas of amounts.
Sorry if I have put this in the wrong section and appreciate any feedback.
(not sure if it helps but I am kegging not bottling.)
Cheers & Beers!
