Those glycol systems rock. Had 2 of them at the fiddler when i was working there. However they did struggle in summer with the coils not getting enough heat transfer outside. If you want to buy it you will need some sort of water system to help chill these coils. I had some fond summer days standing out back with the garden hose spraying it down.
