I was reading on the side of a bottle of Kirin First Press Beer from Japan.
"Kirins unique art of brewing ensures purity and smoothness. Unlike other beers, only the liquid drawn from the first mix of malt and water is extracted when the ingredients are at their purest. The result is a high quality pure tasting Japanese Lager, with no additives or preservatives."
Maybe we could try this method for better purity . May cause a few efficiency problems though
They have been around for 30 years and use Australian malt. Kirin Australia
Had a taste of it :icon_vomit:
Cheers
