Borret,
Methinks that if you can make all these wonderful gadgets and find time to brew, SWMBO mustn't be able to find enough jobs around the house!

Cheers
Brad

SWMBO is a shift worker which is sometimes a handy thing. However most is done between 2100 and 0000 hrs when the rest of the family are in bed.
I figure one generally only has one opportunity to build the guts of the brewery so why not give it some time and be happy with the results.
Shall I keep pictures of the kebab outlet to myself then??

Borretus-nocturnus.

Same same me! Difference for me is that brewery mods are done between 2100 and 0200 hours on Friday nights. Creative juices flow and luantic soup is downed for inspiration.

Please produce the kebab outlet pics. Will you do a Sucuk?

Borret,

I will raise you a pizza oven. However if you have a good recipee for an iskender kebab i will be happy to take it off your hands. Sure I will be able to cook more than a few turkish delights in the oven.

This is a pick next to the brewhaus. It was not quite finished at this stage.
