Will one of these still allow pressure fermentation (at around 12-15 PSI) and if so will the 36 PSI PRV on your pressure fermentation lids still be suitable?

Yes this will do the job nicely and will be fine under pressure. Make sure to drill a clean hole and file it down smooth so you get a good seal.

We have some digital temp guages that will work well with this product but they are not in stock for at least a few months wile the injection moulds get finished.
 
Hey guys how much does the 2.6kg gas bottle weigh when empty? I couldn't find the weight on the bottle at all.

The empty weight is about 7.5kg. It does say "tare" on the neck of the bottle but sometimes its hard to read as we use a very thick coating of enamel paint.
 
Sorry for double post but there should be a TARE weight stamped usually near the top of the bottle.
That's the actual empty bottle weight without the valve etc. I believe.

Yes that is correct. The tare is always taken without the valve.

I was wondering if your mini keg ball lock tapping heads fit on the ikegger mini kegs?

Yes the are compatible.
 
Gday @KegLand-com-au I will be purchasing a kegerator sytem early next year. Do i have to purchase directly from you or do your distributors have them in stock? I live in country S.A. and have found a KegLand distributor in Adelaide and also two country towns.

Not all the distributors stock the kegrators but you will probably have to call around and see which distributors will have them available. If you run into any issues we can send to you directly and the freight will probably be $50 or something like that.
 
Hi KL I got an invention I'm hoping you may be able to help me out with instead of building it myself.
Instead of drilling gas line for fridge I'm using a reducer to 1/8" hose then back up again.

What I want is 1/8" copper pipe (or similar) with 2 x 90 bends with about a 50mm space between the 2 so as the 8mm gas hose goes under the fridge reduces down to copper through fridge then back up to 8mm.

It's probably not something that we will make in the near future. I am assuming that you want to use the two different lines into the fridge as you want to have two different pressures? Is that correct?

To be honest a really easy way to get two different pressures in the fridge is to just put one higher pressure into the fridge then use these really inexpensive inline regualtors to step the pressure down:

These parts are really cheap and they work well.
 
I'd also be interested in a plastic hand gun holster with double sided tape to the inside of the fridge.
Friday night shut the door on my 9L keg came back 10 minutes later and had an empty keg with about 6L beer through the fridge and on the floor.
It's only happened a couple of times this being the worst if someone was selling that I'd buy it.

Yeah that's a fair call. I think it's about time that we did some pluto gun holsters. We will see what we can come up with.
 
When do you plan to populate all the new ingredients categories?

This will be soone. We just got a bunch of grain in but we have been doing a lot of software development recently on our new recipe building software and this is taking a bit longer than expected. I think we should have this software completed in the next month or so hopefully. Once this is done we will get a lot of the ingredients into stock.
 
There has been a lot of the in stock/out of stock discrepancies, surely the two pieces of text can be linked so there is no confusion?
