Hi all
Im about to keg my second brew an extract version of Dr Smurtos Golden Ale
Ive read a lot of threads on the order of events and am still confused
By the weekend it will be 2 weeks in fermenter so based on what ive read i was going to
1 cold crash in primary at 2C for 2 days
2 attach long tube to spiggot and fill keg and burp
3 attach CO2 at 15psi and slow carb taking small sample daily after 7 days to check carbonation
4 after im happy with carbonation burp and dial back to serving pressure say 10psi
Question: am I doing it right, or am I doing too much, or too little and after changing pressure to 10 psi will my beer become carbonated at 10 psi?
