Kegerator (EuroGrand XB180) not cool enough

Have my kegerator set to -4c, and it displays -4c pretty constantly, however the actual temp is nowhere near this cold.

Anyone know where the probe is, and if its movable?

Any other mods to keep it cooler?

I'd put a temp controller on it, however every time the kegerator turns on it beeps, which would drive me crazy..

Left hand side when you open the door, looks like a grill. Cover pulls off easily, replacement probe costs~$20 from memory.

Oh and add some fans in there if you haven't already, circulates so much better than the underperforming one it comes with.
