I'm looking at either doing my own Keezer build or putting in a full ice bank system with flooded font from Andale. Any opinions out there about which would be the way to go? Obviously the ice bank system is more expensive, but not prohibitively so. My concern would be with homebrew and an ice bank system that the beer would be left at room temperature all the time but obviously served cold. Does this affect the beer's taste or shelf life at all? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I prefer a keezer build, every single one is unique to the brewer who made it, and when you commandeer a fridge in the garage for fermenting, you can move stuff to the keezer and claim electricity savings :)
