Keeping keg cool without fridge

Hi. I'm after some advice on your thoughts on how to keep a keg cool without a fridge.
Would anyone consider it ambitious to try using a fermenter cooler bag to put a keg in (that fits, obviously) and will a supply of multiple ice bricks/packs actually cool the keg, so the beer is a cool temperature?
