I am going to make a Jumbalaya for SWMBO for her birthday. I have some fresh Yabbies, Mussels and very good salmon. I have looked at a few recipes and like the food safari. But I want it to be awesome. Has anyone got a reccie or suggestion for a cajun seafood jumbalaya they can share with me. Mostly interested in the spice list and what types of rices work best.
