That is bloody brilliant, I might have a go on a smaller jerry first though, I'm guessing this would be best with beers that should be served low on carb though, maybe mild or stout.
 
the main problem i see is they arent pressure rated so therefore not designed to hold pressure. all it takes is for the tap or the valve hes using to let go under pressure and someones going to get hurt more than likey.
as ive previously said ive seen fittings embedded in walls and thats on systems well below what pressure we are talking about in one of those little chargers.
but saying that if you choose to do this, its at your own risk.
