Well done Jayse on the article. Very useful notes for those of us approaching first AG. Truly written with love for the brewing process.

Also well done editors. Jayse pm'd me a version of the article a while ago at about 4 am Adelaide time, after sampling some particularly good Adeladian hops, and I note some major differences between the draft and polished versions.

PS "Dancing Days", although I heard the line slightly different to that, must listen to it again next brew day.

It is a lot easier to read than most books and the calcs explanation I can understand.
