ok I've got a pilsner in the keg conditioning at 1 c, it been there for one week. I want to brew a larger today but I only have the one fridge :( . So if i go ahead and brew today I'll need to bring the temp of the fridge up to ferment at 10 / 12 c. Can someone advise what effect raising the temp for a month would have on my pilsner?

It will totally ferment out much quicker & likely to lack the dry crispness of a long lagered Pils....
