Put two batches of beer in the fridge. Both with the yellow saf larger yeast. Set the fridge controller to 15 degrees with a 2 degree variance. Stupid me... forgot to put the sensor in the fridge, meaning the fridge was chilled b to 4 degrees for 24 hours. Will the yeast wake up and start munching?

Bit low but if you pitched a couple of packs rehydrated in 20L of wort it will ferment fine. Just raise the temp to 8-10 would be a better. 15 degrees is a bit high for a lager yeast if you want a clean profile.

The yeast will be alive and happy, just warm it back up to the correct fermenting temp. If needed you may stir the wort to rouse it back up.
