Is Exceeding Mash-out Temperature A Problem?

My chilled pre-boil grav samples are quite clear as well.... except for the bottom inch :p

I haven't seen anyone try recirculated BIAB yet (not including braumeisters), probably because it wouldn't work, but I think it's an interesting idea.
