Good afternoon on this fine sunny Friday,
About to bottle (500 ml) my Irish style stout this evening and a wee question. Normally to prime my ales and what not, I'd use 1.5 sugar tablets (500 ml).
The lady in the shop suggested less than that for the stout. Any stout makers out there have any thoughts/advice on the matter?
