Dear Fellow Brewers, I recently had a Batch Brewery 'Hoppsy Mozy" in Sydney on Nitro liked it and wanted to do something similar, From what i can gather its a West Coast ipa with Lactose.
Proverance Gardiner, Gladfield wheat, Gladfield Gladiator, Gladfield sour grapes, Lactose.
Hops: Mosiac. yeast: American Ale. ABV: 6.4
Attached is a screen shot of where I am at with recipe.
I only have 100g of Mosiac hence the Motukea sub. not sure on quantity of Lactose
Suggestions please. haven't thought of water profile yet.

cant help ya, but have had that beer on tap at the brewery as well and its super nice .

Never used for an IPA though would definitely not recommend at all.
I used lactose for ginger beer to sweeten it up after adding way too much ginger. Apparently it’s also good for milk stouts.
