This is a 60min boil and I would like anyone's feed back on this as I would really like to improve my IPA'S. Cheers

How much grain and is this an addition to a kit or extract base or the total recipe?

450 grams all up with crystal and caramel grains. This is a extract base!!

Need to know the full recipe to comment. How much extract? What kind?
Probably too much crystal/caramel grain for an extract, depending on preferred finish.
Need alpha acid level or estimated ibu contributions from hop additions too.
Batch size? Boil size?

Full recipe essential to get meaningful feedback.

5.25 gallons
1.067 OG
7.5 SRM
75 IBU's
3kgs of light malt extract

Are you doing the full boil or topping up with water? All this stuff makes a difference to end product.
At a pinch, I would say recipe looks ok (litres is au standard rather than gallons but I get that it is single batch).
As mentioned earlier, I think the crystal/caramel amount should be reduced - 50% minimum reduction would be my recommendation. I've used 500g crystal in ag bitters etc before and it is nice but heavy and sweet and evident. For usipa, I reckon a bit less works better (most bitters I reckon a bit less works better too) and considering extract finishes a touch sweet usually, I'd definitely drop it.
Why the multiple question marks?

Sorry about the question marks I pressed reply instead of cancel after the last message. I will be doing a full boil, I usually do a full boil. What is the difference? I will definitely half my grains then, with caramel and crystal crushed together 225 grams is perfect for a 30 minute steep? Do you think bittering should be around 20 to 25 grams with hops?

Sounds good.
Gravity of boil makes a big difference to hop utilisation/ibu contribution. You have a 30/40L pot?

Bag and biab next step for sure.

I have a 21 litre pot at the moment. BIAB is my favourite thing to do..
