Bottled my first Saison last week ;)

I spend plenty of time reading about brewing and don't often post in the forum here (as you can see by my newly attained status of "kit master", mum's gonna be so proud), but sometimes its nice to have a conversation about it instead, thus my original post.

Brew your fave recipe but go for an estery Belgian yeast and 1% roasted malt (e.g. Carafa).

GT

IPA with rye malt

Pale ale with oat malt

Neighbour's child stout

Mash-cardigan, FWcardigan, Continuous cardiganed, 2 x dry-cardiganed cardigan IPA

Hang on, I don't owe you squat.

You inspire me, punk.

Dance for my amusement.

Then you'll most likley end up brewing one of Tonys saisons based on looks alone.

If this dosen't inspire you, take up winemaking.

Buy a book. Some type of beer compendium with lots of pictures.
I've got plenty on hand and often decide what to brew based on what looks good.

If you cant be arsed, go to the 'whats in the glass' thread and look back.

There was a thread the other day that mentioned pouring beers into hot glasses.
