this could be an awesome addition to my distilling setup (the ITC-308S with removable probe)
the temperature control for the boiling of the wash i can see as being a great addition to standing there and monitoring a temp probe for 6-7 hours

i just bought an
Inkbird Pre-wired Temp Controller Thermostat ITC-308S with Removable NTC Sensor
for my 1960 kelvinator fridge and i want another one

A colleague has an Inkbird sensor and from what I can taste of his beer, temperature control is what I need. The ITC-308S with removable NTC Sensor is what I would like please

I think the ITC-308S with removable NTC Sensor would be my choice but I would be happy with both.

I like the standard model, can't see any reason for a detectable probe.

Either one would be perfect for my use I don’t currently have anything in place to keep my brew temperature right have the old school temperature gauge on the outside of the brewing keg and constantly moving my brew on and outside depending on how hot or cold the day and nights are.

I'd be happy to have either.
Inkbird is good gear.
