I have never made an IPA and was just wondering if there was a comercial one made that i could try?
BATZ put me on to the JAMES SQUIRE PILS so thats my next brew, when it cools down.

The most readily accessible would probably be James Squire India Pale Ale.

Do u know what it is Hopped with?

dry hopped with fuggles. dont know about bittering though.

JS IPA is a most excelent brew.....

I know taht it is made using JW malts - did not know about the fuggles.

Doc might have some more info...

Sorry not sure on the hopping either. JS IPA isn't one of my favs so never really investigated it. Was more keen on the Aussie Strong Ale and Pilsner :D

Definitely JW Malts though.

Beers,
Doc

Heres the commerically available IPAs I've tried. All of them need more hops IMO though ;)

James Squire IPA
Emersons 1812 IPA
Samuel Smiths IPA

Theres another 3-4 available that I know of in Perth, but none of them are amazing.
