Hey Brewers.
I was going to lay this down yesterday, but time was not on my side.
I have a handful of odd hops and decided to make something along the lines of Jamil's Hop Hammer.


Thoughts?

The Big DIPA (Imperial IPA)

Original Gravity (OG): 1.095 (P): 22.7
Final Gravity (FG): 1.020 (P): 5.1
Alcohol (ABV): 9.78 %
Colour (SRM): 7.0 (EBC): 13.8
Bitterness (IBU): 271.0 (Rager)

88.4% American 2-Row
8.7% Corn Sugar
2.9% Crystal 40

3.7 g/L Amarillo (8.6% Alpha) @ 90 Minutes (Boil)
3.7 g/L Cascade (7.8% Alpha) @ 90 Minutes (Boil)
3.7 g/L Cascade (7.8% Alpha) @ 45 Minutes (Boil)
3.7 g/L Amarillo (8.6% Alpha) @ 30 Minutes (Boil)
2.6 g/L Cascade (7.8% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Boil)
