would anyone know a average IBU:BU ratio for a ale similar to mountain goat?

I am going to brew a beer today due to deadly lowstock, using US ale yeast
85% powells ale malt
~12% munich
~2.5 cara wheat (just wanted to try this)

I was thinking about 25IBU's but this might ne light on so maybe 30 IBU's
Hallertau for aroma and flavour 15g at 20min and 5min (again i want this light)

i dont want it to be bitter but balanced
will mash low temp to try make it semi dry

OG 1047
9.1 SRM

yep
i went with 27 IBu's for 20Lt @ 1047 SG

will see if i hit target or not

all pawells malt so interesting to see how it comes out

also mashed at 67deg and it held temp for 60min so i wont have the dry beer i was looking for but should be nice no matter (mostly base malts should give a somewhat dry beer)

bu = bittering units gu gravity units

a beer with og 1050 with a ibu of 50 be a bittering unit =1 in the gu;bu
