I don't see Barry Cranston, winner of this year's Mash Paddle and brewer extraordinaire worrying about being a partial man.

Barry has more trophies and certificates than most brewers have beer bottles and is more than happy to share his knowledge with us.

Very true, my brewing made a quantum leap forward when I found this site and the Knowledge from Guys like Barry Cranston and other masters is FANTASTIC.
