10 litre batch made from whatever I have left in my cupboard.

2kg JWM trad ale
200g caramunich
50g choc malt
50g crystal
25g roast barley

10g goldings - 90
5 gram fuggles - 90
5 grams fuggles - 5
10 grams willamette - 5
5 grams cascade - dry


I've got lots more willamette and fuggles and I don't mind hoppy beers.

not sure but is there a tad tomuch crystal for 2Kg of base and only 10Lt?

/edit: its prob just me, i dont like the crystal sweetness but after looking at some of the brews i have its most likly ok sorry

If you don't mind hoppy beers, I'd swap the 5g cascade for 15-20 fuggles for the dry hop

O.G. would be abot 1.060 (fairly high in alcohol)
SRM colour 20.4
IBU about 22 (not to hoppy)
American Brown Ale
O.G. 1.040 =- 1.060
SRM colour 15 - 22
IBU 25 -60
if you wanted to increase hop levels increase your williamette hops to 30 minutes this would give increase your IBU level to 26.9
