How Long To Beer Flavoured Ice-cream ?

First there was Tia Maria Tim Tams, then Kahlua Slices and now Vodka Cranberry Magnum ice creams..

Shouldn't be long and there will be beer flavoured ones.

Grumpys do a stout and chocolate ice cream in their brewer's belly cafe. very rich, but also very yummy!

I've still got to make that lambic sorbet sometime.

I've got a bottle of Liefmans Framboizenbier saved expecially for it. I know its technically not a lambic (more an oud bruin than a gueze as the base) but it should be better than Belle-Vue.
