Hi guys I'm new to this forum and it is a great source of information.

I have just picked up a chest freezer today and will be getting hold of a thermostat in the next couple of days and I was wondering what temperature is a good temp for storing the brew which I should mention is in kegs.

Thanks guys and keep up the good work....
:chug:

Big fella,

I'd store your beer 3 deg C and below, just dont freeze it! :D
Am I correct in assuming that you will be using this chest freezer to ferment & lager in too?

Cheers

I would like to do this in the future I guess I would hve to sub divide the freezer so I can get to inderpendent tempretures.

Well...i dont know anything about that...

My way of thinking is that you use your chest freezer to ferment in, then once you've done all your brewing, change the temp for storage.

I'm luky I have a small bar fridge as well I can ferment in.
