I have got the grain bill to make a wheat beer, the hops i have got to use are Northern Brewer, Cascade, POR and Goldings, was just thinking of using Northern Brewer. Any help would be good.
Thanks

yes, northern brewer will proably give you the cleanest bittering

Very light addition of NB, presuming it is German NB and not US.

it depends on what style of wheat beer you are brewing if a hefe 15 to 20 ibu and 20 to 30 ibu for an american style.

Presuming hefe - 10-20 is a good range with my preference hitting about 17.

We had 2 kegs of slightly different Hefewiezens blow today, both bittered to 15 ibu. Nice.
