I would like some information on hop stand. I have seen on a lot of recipe they require a hop stand of 20mins at 82 degrees. As i no chill and use a single kettle system how can i go about this. Would i be able to use the hop stand hops and put them in the cube or add them to the dry hops amount.

In your case I would use them at dry hopping, could be more beneficial as a lot of aroma is lost during the initial start of fermentation.
