I had a crack at hop hog clone courtesy of Dano's version here on the forums.

Took a gravity of reading after a week and WOAH :icon_drool2:

I tweaked it a bit based on my tastes and 'semi-chilled' with the ice cube/sink method.

Started at 1.052 and has come all the way down to 1.006 today. Reckon it is the best beer I've made - Think I might have to crack another brew out in between now and cold crash for bottling next week as it will go too quick!

looking forward to hearing how it goes mate, i'm about to give a that a crack myself! i've been reading all the threads today and it got me keen for one right now so i grabbed a sneaky four pack when i was out, such a great beer!
