Heyas,
I have a couple of lagers that have been lagering for so long they have lost their bitterness and have become quite sweet. These beers are in kegs.
I would dump them bit I don't have any time for brewing in the next month or so. I suspect I am going to run out of beer unless I do something with these beers
Anyone in Adelaide have any isohop they want to sell/swap? European hop option would be best.
Any other suggestions would be welcomed.
cheers
Darren

I might be talking thru the hole in my head here, but surely it would be feasable to boil up some hops and add the extract to your beer. I guess you would have to think carefully about quantities.

try grumpys darren thomas may have some iseen him use some with another brewer

Darren, let me be the judge of that, I'm available most weekends to help scoff your beers :)
