For the folks that have enquired, Doesn't look like the 007 will land this week, looks like it will be early to mid next week, it's en route but still needs to clear customs here so I'd expect it to be listed, Wednesday / Thursday next week.

If I were choosing, the 007 is worth the look, pungent and sticky as all get out...

I'm going to be a good boy all day and maybe I'll get a brew in to test them out myself.. I really should be brewing stout though.

Thinking of a Columbus EKG IPA... Thoughts?

Hmmm, I rekon Columbus will drown EKG, depends on when you are using them and how much, but Columbus is pretty dominant as a hop.. Not a combination that jumps to mind but not at all saying it won't work in the right amounts...

English or American? Looks like you want a bit of a mongrel anyway?

hmm.. I was wanting to use Columbus late to get a nice dank character, which has been elusive in my previous attempts.
Maybe stick with columbus amarillo.
