Has anyone added hops when serving a beer?
Instead or adding hops with your boil or dry hoping. If you brew a kit beer or purchase a case of beer from your local bottle shop, you could have a hop addition in the fridge and then add it when serving.
You could still do three stages or more in a boil and store it in the fridge.
This could help in working out what taste good in the hop range and what works together, without having to wait for fermentation.
You could make as many different styles in one day??
