Hi all, brewing a honey beer, my own created recipe, 4kg pils, 500g unfiltered honey, S05 yeast, my question is I have Magnum & Saaz currently on hand, deciding if i should just run with a @60 15g magnum &/or add Saaz @10 & whirlpool, ideally I'm hoping the honey lingers in the background, 23 litre batch, 5.4% abv, 15-30IBUs.
 
I would go for the Magnum and Saaz option.
