Highly Hopped Pale Ale

I have just put down this recipe.

Any Thoughts?

1kg brewcraft Brew Booster #15

25g of Perle

25g Nelson Sauvin

25g Galaxy




Yeast safale US05




I split the hops into 3 bowls each containing roughly equal amounts of each hops. 1 bowl was boiled for 60min the next was added with 20 minutes to go and the 3rd will be dry hopped ( I added just after the fermenter was filled with cold water to reach temp.




I am hoping for a twist on the APA style with lots of hops character.

As with most home beers it is suck it and see. But I see no evil in what you have done.
