hi All,

Can some one point me in the right direction for some info on hi grav partial brewing,

the plan is to mash the spec malt and hop additions and add a heap of DME at the end to give a higher gravity.
I am aiming for get 4 or 5 4.5 litre cubes.

this is going to be a in between beer from my BIAB brews.

any ideas?

Thanks

use beersmith and set batch size to 80 if making 4 x cubes

in the equipment, set top up water to 60 litres

or something close to this,

your boil volume will be calculated by beersmith, so too will the hop utilisation
