Hi
Just realized that I haven't said hi to everyone and introduced myself.
I love the site and its has some awesome info! I've been brewing extract for the last two years and am getting some great tasting brews. I'm now looking at doing AG using the BIAB and no chill method. Ive got hold of an old keg that's had the top cut off, legs fitted and a gas burner mounted, though it needs a bit of a clean up. I need to invest in a good thermometer, bag and some cube's. Looking forward to my first AG brew day (after my boy is back to school).
I have plans to go the next step and build a BM clone with a bit of automation.
