Hello fellow brewers,
Long time reader, first time poster. Have been brewing (extract) over the last few years on & off and would one day soon like to transition to Partials & then All Grain. Currently use an STC-1000 controlling a bar fridge so I can brew when I want/need to. Enjoy reading the posts whenever I can, there are a lot of really knowledgeable people on here, not just beer topics but food threads also.
