Hi Guy's,

I'm a disttiler, and have done multiple fresh wort beers that have been kegged and dispensed through a kegerator. I want to get into AG mashes to ferment into washes to run through my still. I assume I dont need to complete the boiling of mash to acheive this?
I'm exploing the path of making AG mashes to ferment and distill.

Cheers

No, you don't need to boil as you are not concerned about infections. You may still wish to get it to boiling to sterilise if you there is going to be a long gap between fermentation and distillation.
I recommend homedistiller.org and aussiedistiller.com.au for further advice as well as watching StillIt on Youtube.
This forum is not for distillation discussions.
