how are we all, have stared brewing beer again after a lil time off. been making spirits for some time, i have a few pure blondes and looking to make them a lil different. considering doing toucan pure blond but unsure or doing a pure blonde with dark malt or Thomas coopers wheat, any thoughts??? just bottles a Aussie gold and have a great northern clone about to go down as well as colony west lemonade.
